RedmiBook, Mi-Branded Laptops Coming to India

According to a report by ET, Xiaomi is planning to launch two new products in India this year. The first product is a RedmiBook which will be available in India starting from Rs. 9,999 and the second product is a Mi-Branded laptop which will be available starting from Rs. 6,999. The managing director of Xiaomi India, Manu Kumar Jain has hinted that these products might come to India soon and we can expect them to be announced soon.

Reports suggest that Xiaomi is planning to launch a new laptop model in India later this year, and the name of the device has been trademarked as the RedmiBook. This suggests that the new laptop will be powered by a powerful processor and come with a sleek design. ..

The launch of the laptops is teased by Manu Kumar Jain, Marketing lead for Mi brand, Sumit Sonal, and Lead for Redmi Business Sneha Tainwala. Although the videos posted by them do not specify what is coming but it suggests that the company is planning to launch laptops under both Redmi and Mi brands.

A tipster, Ishan Agarwal, said that Jain informed the retailers about the launch of the RedmiBook and Mi Notebook in India last month. There are no plans announced by Xiaomi related to entering the laptop market in India with its new models. But we might soon see the Redmi Book and Mi-branded laptops coming to India. ..
